With every project we meet to discuss your requirements, understand your needs and ensure we can offer significant value. We will then prepare recommendations to meet your requirements. With your acceptance we then move to a letter of engagement specifying actions with transparent costings. Then and only then are you responsible for payment of our services.

The only exception is in crisis situations where the need for communication support is immediate. If at any time the scope of work changes from the letter of engagement we will provide a revised proposal and costings. At no time will we undertake any work without the prior written approval of our clients.
